Summer break is where I began my journey as a DJ.

To promote the release of my breakbeat/hip-hop mixtape, Summer Breaks, I began teaching myself the process of keying in After Effects. Depending on the quality of your footage, keying is both challenging and difficult. Fortunately I was working with 4K footage of breakdancers so I was able to achieve the results you will see in my animation. I created the Summer Breaks logo in Illustrator and originally rendered a 3D version which made it look like a piece of furniture (which I ended up using for the mixtape artwork.)
